Return Policy

Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to unpack and inspect the products to confirm the absence of external, aesthetic defects, and in case they exist he has the right to refuse the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor otherwise to report the existence of any defects to deadline of two (2) calendar days from the receipt of the item while in case of expiration of this deadline it loses all relevant rights and it is considered that the aesthetic defect was caused after delivery.

This term does not apply to sales of items from physical stores when the item is delivered to the physical store, so the item is opened and checked upon delivery by the customer. However, it applies proportionally to sales from physical stores when the delivery is defined by sending the item to the buyer's home.

Product returns

• In all cases in which different products are delivered from those where the customer has purchased, the return charge is borne by our Company. (
• In case one or some of the products are defective upon delivery to the customer, the return charge is borne by our Company. In this case the change will be made within 1 week (7 days) from delivery to the customer.

With every purchase of leather or fur clothing you get the opportunity to change! Within two (2) days and without any charge of your own you can request a change of size! The shipment of the product to our company will be made after informing us by phone at 23320 27355 or by mail at The packaging of the product upon return must be such as to ensure its safe transport and in a similar volume to that has been sent to you. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging along with all the accompanying items contained in the packaging and proof of purchase. Also any labels that accompany the product must be present. The possibility of change is provided for one and only time.

In case a product needs to be replaced for the 2nd time, the courier costs are borne by the customer.
In case of return of your products there is no refund, but their replacement or replacement with another product of equal value if it has been sold out. The costs of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one are borne by the customer and not the company.

Returns are accepted provided:

- You contacted the head office of the same day or the next working day stating the date / number of the purchase document as well as the reason for the return.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie they have not been unsealed or their packaging has been violated.
- The product is accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or delivery note if it concerns an invoice.

In case of return of the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and on the other hand the way their return will take place, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products. All parcels are checked before shipment and sealed accordingly. In case of any error, express your reservations in writing by mail and contact the head office immediately within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

If you find a problem with the content of the order or a malfunction is found in the goods, the return costs are borne by the company, if the goods are returned within 5 days from the date of receipt.

If a product turns out to be defective and the wear is normal (from the production) you return it at the expense of our company. Returns from abroad will be made by regular mail and we will refund your costs when we receive the product. The defective product is repaired accordingly or replaced and you return it back to the customer again at the expense of our company. In case of non-replacement you get another product of the same value. To accept a return for Repair / replacement The wear must not be due to product abuse. If we find that the damage is due to misuse by the individual, the product is returned to the customer in the same condition as we received it and the shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Our Company is not responsible in case of product failure after misuse of the customer.
